The following novel information is your summer reading assignment, this assignment will be due when our school year begins; you have the entire summer to read the novel and complete the writing project. Novel: Moby Dick by Herman Melville
Assignment: Read the novel and create a papier mache symbol of the novel (it cannot be a whale) your symbol maybe something that connects the ocean and the novel or another symbol from the novel. Write a short summary of why you chose the symbol you created and why it is important to the novel. No Late projects will be accepted and be prepared to present your creation with the class, all projects are due on August 11, 2023.
